A little treat for our guests…

Oh my good ness, well its felt like Christmas here The Green, Lastingham. North York Moors., as I've unwrapped our box of goodies from Harebell Soapery and I am so excited...

We’ve expanded our little bathroom treats with some lovely new additions from Harebell Soapery, a local producer here on the North York Moors.

Alongside their wonderful soaps we already provide, we’re now including their whipped body butters too – all handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. The scents are beautiful and varied, from fresh citrus through to lavender, rose and patchouli, along with their goats milk soaps inspired by the local landscape- I honestly cannot decide which one is my favourite!

If you’re staying with us over the next few weeks, we’ve gone a little seasonal as well and included their Farndale daffodil soap – it really is something quite special (and smells just as good as you’d hope).

It’s something we’ve been wanting to do for a while – to expand what we offer while continuing to support local makers, and to share a bit more of the area with our guests.

A small touch, but hopefully one that adds to the experience of staying at the cottage.
