Weekend suggestions from the February Country Living Magazine- January 2025

As we approach daffodil season, Country Living Magazine has a lovely article showcasing Farndale in its ‘Weekenders’ section. The ancient wild daffodil lined walk is an absolute must if you are visiting during late February through to April. There is plenty of parking at Low Mill Car Park (Good start point for the walk) where you can also find the bountiful Farndale Store on the opposite side of the road where you can pick up a delicious snack or tasty treat along with a plethora of local produce. Towards the end of the walk you will also find the ‘Daffy Caffy’ serving a lovely lunch and snack selection, but do check opening times.

It’s also fantastic to see that our very own local, The Blasksmiths Arms gets a mention as a superb spot to eat. How lucky are we to have this gem right on our doorstep!
